1. What you are purchasing
When you purchase a NorthAdTrack template through Etsy, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that digital file for your own business or personal use. The file remains the intellectual property of NorthAdTrack.
2. Permitted use
- You may use the template for your own projects and your own business.
- You may adapt the template to suit your specific workflow.
- You may print or share the completed output (estimates, reports, invoices) with clients and collaborators.
3. Prohibited use
- You may not resell, redistribute or sublicence the original template files in any form.
- You may not share the file with individuals outside your immediate business without a separate licence.
- You may not claim authorship of the template or present it as your own product.
4. No warranty
The templates are provided as practical tools to support your workflow. NorthAdTrack does not warrant that the templates will be error-free, suitable for any specific regulatory requirement, or appropriate for any particular jurisdiction or project type. You remain responsible for reviewing all figures, calculations and outputs before using them in bids, contracts or financial decisions.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NorthAdTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of these templates, including but not limited to errors in estimates, billing discrepancies or decisions made based on template outputs.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
